How to Release Your Anger??

I had read the article about how to release anger from web http://www.wikihow.com/. In the article, there are points/steps that I agree and disagree. But I only agree in point 1,2 and 4 only from 7 listed.

Firstly, I dont think we got to buy a stress ball with squezzing them can make our anger level decrease. We dont need to bring this stress ball anywhere we go and squezzing it everytime because its look very weird.The author said that its make the anger more fun not to release the anger.

Then, we dont need a therapist to help motivate us and take a anger management class because it waste of money and time. You can tell your problem to the people that nearest to you like your parent, siblings and your close friends.The last step that the author wrote is count backward from 10 to 1 very slow??? I had tried this step but nothing is happen.

I want to add more in my own opinion about "How to Release Anger"..

• Always thinks positive.
• Dont sit near the smokers (for non-smoker only) because the smoke can disturbs your inhale system.
• Eat chocholate.(I suggest you to buy Cadbury).
• Avoid anything that makes you mad.
• Do things that you like.
• Keep avoiding yourself from getting injury because its may cause your anger more brutal.
• Learn how to control your madness.

I hope my point is greatest ways to release your anger.Good luck..

What Must Be Improve In My Campus...

Main Building 'PERDANA'

University Technology MARA Pulau Pinang ( UiTM Penang ) is one of the branch from its main Campus in Shah Alam. UiTM Penang is opened especially for students who want to continue their course Diploma in Engineering Studies. UiTM Penang is also provided course for Pharmacy and Hotel Management and Tourisms. This Campus is not big and the not the same like the main Campus in Shah Alam. Also with it facilities, UiTM Penang got lack of facilities in it not good as the main Campus in Shah Alam.

There are many problems that must be improve by UiTM Penang.

1. The campus have only 3 hostels..( Zamrud, Baiduri and Mutiara is outside the campus)



2. Lack of green trees..



3. Small capacity Library..



4. Bad jogging track / no recreation area..



5. Lack of class / lecturer's rooms



6. Charlie ( type of insect with poisonous liquid in its body )

From Problem 1- in UiTM Penang many student must search for home and stay outside the campus. This make their life more harder because they must spend more money for their home and transportation if their home further from the campus. In the upcoming new semester, there are many student checking in and checking out from the campus. Solution for problem 1- UiTM Penang must build more hostel at least 2 more hostels enable for many students to stay inside and no student be a non-resident.

Details from Problem 2- the lack of green trees will be bad because all people in the campus will be more expose to diseases. To many building will be bad for environment because it can cause lack of oxygen in the surrounding area. And when lack of green trees will cause the place so hot in the sunny day especially in afternoon and lack of green sight can make our body more stress. Solution for problem 2- is the UiTM Penang canpus must to plant more trees in every place inside the campus. They also can build a place like green house or a garden.

Problem 3- is about the facilities in the Library. The capacity is too small and the surrounding is not good. The gap from table to table and the shelf is too narrow and its make student hard too search the books and disturbing other people. Thing to Solution for problem 3- is to build a new bigger Library in this campus. Now the management had started build a new block especially for the new library and the source of books will be add more soon.

Problem 4- the jogging track around the field from starting line at Zamrud College to finishing line at Baiduri College is I'm sorry to say its awful and worst, the track is slopy at the edge and it has many holes. The track is to danger and its surrounding with bushes like no one is take care of that place. The bushes is maybe dangerous because we dont know what's in there. It will be a poisonous insect or animal in their because its the type of habitats for them. The Solution for problem 4- first is cut all the bushes along the track, we must take safety first. Then the second thing to do is to improve the track from road track to a safetier track like that uses in many stadiums. Thirdly, add more dustbin along the road and sent someone to take care the place. The campus management must build a recreation place along the road like a rest chair or something else and plant more flower to make the surrounding more beautiful.

In Problem 5- lack of classes and lecturer's room is one of the problem that bad. In this present time many lecturer's room is located in UiTM Penang Academic Building in Bandar Perda. The Academic Building in Bandar Perda is build for take care of many classes because in new semester the number of students is increases. In the campus, all courses like sharing their classes. Solution for Problem 5- build a new block especially for lecturer's only. The block will contain a number of room for the lecturers and the lecturer works is getting more easier after this, the Academic Building in Bandar Perda is uses for classes only and the management of UiTM Penang already see this problem and had started the construction for the block.

Problem 6- the insect will come at night and disturbing student when they want to do work. This insect makes the normal life in hostel a disaster. Solution for Problem 6- there is impossible to remove all this insect from the hostel but what the management of UiTM Penang can do is to make the chemical fogging to get rid of or kill the Charlies. This thing must be done at least 3 times a month in the campus area. This will make the number of Charlies decreasing in rapidly.

I think thats all what am I suggest for the better way of life in the campus where I'm studying, the UiTM Penang. The more good the facilities, the more success the students will be becaause the good surroundings will improve the style of study. The students can concentrate to their study more.

Now the UiTM Penang Library Cyber (actually I dont know the true name..) had finish reconstruct or renovate its facilities in the library. The great thing is they had change many dekstop from the old school to the newschool dekstop as shown below. Its has a slim plasma monitor like the computer in audio lab.

The other cool thing is now all the computers in the library have powered by Windows Vista...
But the mouse and the keyboard is also also the same..
Maybe their budget is not enough.... Hahahahahaha

Here We Go, One Nasi Lemak Please!!

Here the true underdog story that happen earlier this day...
Sunday, 8th March 2009, 6.30 a.m, we had worked for nasi lemak... I repeat NASI LEMAK haha....
Miraculously we woke up early this morning.... Actually Chef leader had woke up his assistants... We were very sleepy n really excited... Suddenly we jumped up from our beds and then we carried out subuh prayer..

After finished the subuh prayer, we sit in one circle... haha.. We started up with Bismillah... And then we started collect all the ingredients such as coconut milk, ikan bilis, onion, ginger spice, chili boh 'n' then dont Forget Maggi sambal flavour that we had bought from Jusco Perda in yesterday night...
Next,we started by beheading the ikan bilis..hu3...then,we unskinned the onion and ginger spice...
This is the first time in my life I'm beheading the ikan bilis.. It is fun like your playing horror game haha...

One of us cooked the sambal 'n' at the same time we half-fried the ikan bilis(no english name for ikan bilis...it's regrattable) and directly mixed the ikan bilis into the cooked sambal, then we cooked 4 cups of rice and mixed with a cup of coconut milk and ginger spice...we were praying to god for bless...hoping the nasi lemak will have heavenly taste.....

While we're waiting for the rice n sambal get cooked,one of us called his mom asking the right way to make nasi lemak...luckily,the nasi got heaven smell as the cooking going on,

Then,I made fried egg(Cowed eye eggs),I'm very expert in this situation...hahaha
After finished all the steps,we decorated the serve like 5 stars hotel(isn't like UiTM Penang hotel)..hu3. Wallah,,,, 'n' at last, The Nasi Lemak is served...... We eat our nasi lemak proudly n self-containment...

I still cant belive the boys like us so expert in making this Nasi Lemak..

Wonder Pets Here We Go....

Firstly,I want to say sorry if my language is terrible.....
In my first post, I want to share the cartoon that I like to watch....
It sounds funny, I know this cartoon is for the preschool children... but i enjoy it because it is so funny and make me laugh always when I watch it... The show is called WONDER PETS!! haha... For me this cartoon is too brilliant. The pets are like a real animal. I started watch this cartoon after my class finished last month. I think in the first week of last month. The day I really dont remember, but maybe in wednesday after my BEL 260 class.. My classes stop at 1pm in Wednesday. After I had arrived to my home in that hard hot day, I relax in front of my television. From that I know this cartoon. From that day I fell in love with this Wonder Pets thing.

Wonder Pets! is an exciting show for preschoolers and for the whole family too. Each episode follows the adventures of three classroom pets Linny the Guinea Pig, Ming-Ming Duckling, and Turtle Tuck who travel around the globe helping to rescue animals who need their help. Of course they are so cute, especially Ming-Ming
These three little heroes don't have any actual super powers, but by working together they can conquer any obstacle: "What's gonna work? Teamwork!" and in malay it sound like: "Ape Yang Penting KERJESAME... Ape Yang Penting KERJESAME..."
